Jessica Marie Morales
President & CEO

In the summer of 2005, Remo Production founder, Jessica Marie Morales decided to take the ultimate step. After working in various fields ranging from Politics as the Director of Legislation, to Public Relations as a Marketing and Promotions specialist for a popular magazine, she decided to branch out on her own.
She realized how important it was for companies to reach the Latino, 19-28 year old market via someone who shared a similar background. From prior experience, Ms. Morales found herself trying to explain the market to individuals who were experts.
Since the creation of Remo Production, Inc., the company has been providing the most interactive and "out-of-the-box" programming to date. We have been vital in providing corporate, university, and community-based programs uniquely creative ideas that have enabled them to target the fast-paced growing Latino market.
In addition, Ms. Morales has dedicated her time to the Art of Stepping, which is a craft that she has been in training for the past 9 years. Her experience lies in the creation and establishment of the premier Latina Sorority Step Team in the nation: the Soul Steppin' Divas, which have won numerous awards and recognitions under her leadership.
Although a common craft, her success can be attributed to the difference in her teachings; the belief in the Art of Stepping. Jessica understands that in any craft there must be discipline, respect, and understanding – which she has worked on bringing forth to her community.
As an educated, professional Latina, she has been able to set her sights high and most importantly apart from the rest. Through her unique style and mannerism you are guaranteed a success at the end of the day.
